Diagonal Moss Stitch Crochet Pattern

This pattern is crocheted in the diagonal. It is wonderful because its textured, fast to crochet and reversible. It is also easy to make. This pattern works with any weight yarn and hook size. It is perfect for baby blankets or throws or even blankets. In the example I used a size K crochet hook and Caron Simply Soft yarn.

You begin your blanket by making the bottom left corner (As seen in the picture below.) Each row increases by 2 stitches until you reach the size you want. Then, you decrease each row by 2 stitches until you finish your project in the top left corner.
